Research and development
Scientific investigation, microbial development and evidence-led learning.
About ACTINO
ACTINO brings together experience in food and agriculture, biological sciences, research, development and real-world implementation to build practical microbial solutions.
Our origin
ACTINO’s development grew from experience in mushroom cultivation and spawn production, together with a search for scientific methods that could improve production without relying on the conventional nutrient-supplement model.
That question led to a bacteria-based approach: use beneficial microorganisms to support the cultivation system’s existing biological and nutritional resources.
Separate observation, evidence and ambition clearly.
Design around the realities of agricultural production.
Pursue productivity alongside resource efficiency.

Our team
ACTINO is built by a dedicated team of professionals with deep experience across food, agriculture and biological sciences.
Together, the team brings decades of combined professional experience in research and development, mushroom cultivation, product development, commercial implementation, field validation and applied agricultural work.
This mix of scientific knowledge and practical industry experience allows ACTINO to move ideas from research into real production settings. The team works with a common focus: develop useful biological solutions, validate them responsibly and create practical value for growers and more resilient food systems.
Scientific investigation, microbial development and evidence-led learning.
Hands-on understanding of mushroom production, agricultural systems and grower realities.
Experience taking ideas through development, validation and practical commercial use.
A unified focus on productive agriculture, responsible innovation and sustainable food systems.
